Co-op 4 Jun 90-11 Jan 91 at Myers Corners Lab. Rewrote parts of the RACF Command Language Reference, learned Bookie. Returned 11 June 1991 to become a fulltime pest to forum followers everywhere. Worked on TSO/E publications, the CASE/390 library, and some very, very, very small parts of MVS 5.1. From '90 on was active in the INTERNET FORUM on IBMVM and eventually took over the IREG package when the author retired. Helped "publish" the first IBM books on the internet in the Fall of '93 and Spring of '94 with Pete Gegen. Became involved in LSCD's WWW efforts during the Summer/Fall of '94. Started running www.ibm.com in December '94 and became the "webmaster" (whatever that means) in the Fall of '95. Transferred to Corporate HQ in 11/95. I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing (in case you were wondering). I suppose the coolest thing is being able to say I helped launch the Lotus takeover via the internet (hey, someone had to change the page :-) | Newsflash: after attempting to single handedly fight off the | business processification of IBM's web presence, I caved in and | left ibm.com October 1999 to take the less stressful job of | managing the olympics.com development group. For whatever | reason I thought it appropriate to update WHOSWHO just now ;+-) :Personal. Born 'n raised in the western suburbs of Chicago (DuPage county).
