The furnace is acting up

The furnace is acting up again, just in time for the cold spell. It works, to some extent too well, the blower doesn't shut off. Since the blower doesn't shut off, the burner doesn't reignite. To reignite the burner you have to set the thermostat just a bit higher. Repeat.
