We started off the new year by seeing A Beautiful Mind. Unfortunately we got lousy seats (second row, neck craning seats). Then again, this wasn't one of those movies with stunning vistas or other views to be ruined by bad seats. I thought the movie was ok to moderately good. I don't know John Nash's history (but now plan to read the book by Sylvia Nasar) but felt the movie lacking in some way.

We followed up by trying to find dinner...first at Republic (which was closed for the holiday), eventually ending up at Zen Palate.
